Also, if anyone likes beer, Outer Planet in Capital Hill are consistently excellent. Elysian are also worth a look for their one-off brews.

Cannon just up the road from Seattle University for whisky and fru-fru food. Skillet a bit further up the road in Capital Hill proper for brunchy noms. Brave Horse Tavern in South Lake Union might be my new favorite Seatrtle spot (I'm sorry, Skillet!) for an excellent beer list and great food. Last ...

As a GPNW & Seattle newb, I certainly appreciated the 3 hours break as a great chance to have an unhurried meal and explore some Seattle venues I might not have been able to otherwise.
